Idyllic Shell Point, What a glorious place to live. Always clean air and always something going on. You won't get bored living here. When you build up, you will be able to see many bodies of water, this lake front lot is between two beautiful homes on a private road, behind a Snug Harbour Gate. There are many roads beyond this lot to bicycle or walk. The St. Marks Wildlife Refuge borders the subdivision to the north. Please verify the school zones.
